Toyota Financial Services (TFS) is looking for a permanent Bilingual Contract Funding Specialist reporting to the Supervisor of Contract Funding. In this role, you'll review contracts and credit applications while maintaining accuracy and compliance. Strong computer skills and a detail-oriented mindset are vital to succeed here.
Key Responsibilities:
• Match contracts to internal systems and verify terms
• Review contracts for completeness, signatures, and accuracy
• Ensure contract rates align with provided agreements
• Enter data accurately for contract completions
• Assist dealerships by resolving funding inquiries via calls and emails
Requirements:
• 2+ years in banking, finance, legal, or auto industry
• High School Diploma; college diploma or degree preferred
• Excellent English and French communication skills
• Strong organizational abilities for multiple priorities
• Must be available to work between 8:00 am and 8:00 pm
