Stanley Black & Decker is seeking a Bilingual Consumer Credit Representative in Ontario to review and process credit applications, assess creditworthiness, and communicate decisions to dealers. You will manage contract records, billing, and payment processing in a hybrid office/remote setup.
The ideal candidate has 1–3 years in customer service or collections, strong MS Office skills, and bilingual English/French abilities. Travel to Kitchener, Ontario may be required.
