Build customer relationships as a Personal Banking Associate Trainee with TD in Markham, Ontario, using banking advice and digital education skills.
This trainee position supports Personal & Commercial Banking customers through daily advice, service transactions, and problem resolution. You will guide customers toward appropriate banking solutions while supporting branch operations and frontline staff. The role also emphasizes accurate documentation, regulatory consistency, and sound judgement with confidential matters.
Key Responsibilities:- Engage customers in advice needs and service transactions
- Educate customers about mobile, ATM, and online banking
- Guide customers to appropriate staff and banking solutions
- Support scheduled cash and non-cash transactions
- Complete business processes and accurate documentation
- High School diploma and/or one-plus years relevant experience
- Investment Funds Canada certification within 90 days
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, branch software, and internet
- Knowledge of banking solutions and processes
- Strong communication, organization, planning, and time management skills
