Product Manager Issuer Processing

Shape issuer processing and debit card products at FIS as a full time Payments Product Manager. Translate payment needs into solutions.

This experienced product management role spans issuer processing, debit cards, and retail merchant acquiring. You will develop roadmaps, gather requirements, and guide payment solutions from discovery through implementation. Cross functional work includes technology, sales, operations, risk, and compliance.

• Lead discovery and solution design with payment ecosystem clients
• Develop roadmaps for issuer processing and debit card solutions
• Build business cases, pricing models, and profitability assessments
• Manage transaction processing and card lifecycle capabilities
• Partner on integrations, certifications, and implementations

• Knowledge of issuer processing and debit card products
• Understanding of authorization, clearing, settlement, and payment networks
• Experience translating needs into functional and technical requirements
• Product strategy, roadmap, or commercialization experience
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial analysis
