TD Digital Banking Customer Advisor

Help Markham customers navigate digital banking as a TD Personal Banking Associate Trainee with strong communication and service skills.

In this trainee role, you will support customers with day-to-day advice, banking solutions, and service transactions. You will build confidence in mobile, ATM, and online banking while resolving customer problems and directing needs appropriately. The position also supports accurate branch processes and operational improvements.

• Build customer confidence in emerging digital banking trends
• Resolve customer problems related to banking solutions
• Exercise judgement when handling confidential customer matters
• Report critical and non-standard matters to management
• Recommend improvements to branch practices and processes

• High School diploma or relevant experience
• Investment Funds Canada or equivalent within 90 days
• Related post-secondary or undergraduate degree preferred
• Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and internet proficiency
• Effective verbal and written customer communication skills
