Senior Real Estate Investment Manager

Lead real estate underwriting and financial modelling as Sienna’s Senior Manager, Investments & Development, working on-site in Markham. Shape development opportunities through rigorous analysis.

Reporting to the Vice President, Investments, this senior role supports Sienna’s development strategy and long-term financial sustainability. You will evaluate deal parameters, coordinate due diligence, and prepare recommendations for Investment Committee and Board review. Cross-functional collaboration spans Finance, legal counsel, external advisors, and senior leaders.

• Structure and execute development opportunities and financing considerations
• Build models forecasting project costs, timelines, and returns
• Coordinate due diligence across cross-functional teams
• Prepare investment memoranda and Board presentation materials
• Review third-party reports and synthesize underwriting findings

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, mathematics, or real estate preferred
• Five to seven-plus years of relevant experience
• Experience with dynamic financial and development models
• Strong analytical skills and commercial judgment
• Advanced Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint knowledge
