Flex Work Consulting is looking for a policy consultant to support a government Career Development division on apprenticeship and workforce policy work — a 3‑month (likely more) part‑time subcontract.
Focus Areas- Apprenticeship/trades certification policy and regulatory work
- Full‑time/part‑time interjurisdictional coordination on apprenticeship
- Briefing notes, decision papers, policy options analysis
- Background in labour market, apprenticeship, or skilled trades policy
- Public sector / government policy experience
- Solid written policy and briefing skills
- Comfortable working independently, remotely, part‑time
3 months + | part‑time | remote‑friendly | government client
Pay will depend on relevant experience.
