Position: Senior Special Advisor for IM/KM
Advance your career as a Senior Special Advisor in Information Management and Knowledge Management (IM/KM) with a Government of Canada client. This contract role demands strategic guidance in key initiatives across command and intelligence operations.

In this senior advisory position, you will collaborate with a Federal government organization focused on enhancing IM/KM capabilities. With a minimum of five years in operational planning within a Joint Intelligence, Surveillance, and Reconnaissance (JISR) environment, your expertise will inform top-level military leaders. The role emphasizes stakeholder engagement and developing documentation essential for executive briefings and strategic decisions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide strategic guidance for IM/KM capabilities

• Develop operational plans and concepts for JISR initiatives

• Prepare senior-level IM/KM documentation

• Lead operational support activities in multi-organizational settings

• Advise senior military leadership and stakeholders

Requirements:

• Government of Canada Secret security clearance

• 5+ years in operational planning and support

• Strong knowledge of JISR initiatives

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Proven experience in organizational change initiatives
