VHA Home Health Care seeks a Dietitian to assess and consult adults, seniors and children in home settings, coordinating care with the client care team. You will prepare reports, plans and presentations to educate clients and caregivers on nutrition goals, and support a range of interventions from diabetes to palliative care.
