Advance Therapy seeks a dedicated ABA Therapist to provide individualized assessment and support for clients with autism and related disorders. You will collaborate with an interdisciplinary team, utilizing ABA techniques under the guidance of a BCBA. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong communication and analytical skills to foster positive behavior changes effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

• Implement personalized treatment plans through ABA techniques

• Collect and analyze behavior data accurately

• Produce concise and professional session notes

• Collaborate with diverse professionals and support staff

• Maintain independent service delivery in clients' homes

Requirements:

• G class Ontario driver’s license and insured vehicle

• Clear Vulnerable Sector Check

• Current First Aid and CPR training

• Minimum 1 year of experience in related fields

• Proficiency in ABA principles and techniques
