As a Personal Support Worker, you will provide essential personal care and support while adhering to the organization’s resident-centered approach. Strong customer service skills and the ability to work effectively both independently and in a team are essential for success in this role.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assist clients with daily living activities and personal hygiene
• Support clients’ physical, social, and emotional needs
• Comply with residents' rights and government standards
• Maintain clear communication with clients and team members
• Participate in ongoing training and development programs
Requirements:
• Graduate of a PSW program in Ontario or equivalent
• Experience in a long-term care setting preferred
• Current CPR Certificate Registration preferred
• Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills
• Computer literacy, knowledge of Point Click Care desired
