HR Strategy Development:

  • Design and execute progressive HR policies to support a globally connected and fast-scaling workforce.
  • Talent Acquisition & Onboarding:

  • Lead recruitment efforts to attract top-tier professionals.
  • Develop and implement onboarding programs that ensure new hires are set up for success.
  • Workplace Culture:

  • Foster a work environment that promotes collaboration, inclusivity, and high performance.
  • Organize team-building initiatives, recognition programs, and culture-driven events.
  • Performance Management & Talent Development:

  • Implement structured performance management programs.
  • Support employee growth and identify high-potential talent for leadership roles.
  • Employee Engagement & Retention:

  • Serve as a trusted resource for employee relations, ensuring a positive and people-focused workplace.
  • Champion initiatives to enhance employee satisfaction and retention.
  • HR Compliance & Best Practices:

  • Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations.
  • Introduce and maintain HR best practices that enhance the overall employee experience.
  • Qualifications:

  • Strong experience in HR leadership roles with expertise in talent strategy, culture-building, and performance management.
  • Experience in fast-growing or startup-like environments is an asset.
  • Solid knowledge of HR best practices, employment law, and workforce planning.
  • CHRP certification is an asset.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to influence and partner with both executives and employees.
  • Experience with HR technology platforms (Workforce Now from ADP preferred).
