As a specialized HR Coordinator, you will oversee the administration of benefits and retirement programs, ensuring seamless data management. With a background in HR Administration, you will utilize your expertise in HRIS (Workday) to assist with enrollment, audits, and communication regarding benefits coverage. Your organizational skills will help maintain efficient operations in this vital role.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee benefits enrollment changes in HRIS
• Conduct eligibility audits and respond to inquiries
• Manage retirement program contributions and updates
• Maintain documentation for FAQs and communications
• Support audits and data reconciliations
Requirements:
• Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or Finance
• At least 1 year of experience in HR Administration
• Proficient in Excel and HRIS systems
• Exceptional organizational and detail-oriented skills
• Strong customer service mentality
