Key Responsibilities:
• Manage full cycle campus recruitment for internships and co-ops
• Build relationships with universities and manage rank programs
• Coordinate on-campus and virtual recruitment events
• Report on application trends and recruitment metrics
• Collaborate with HR and Client Services to improve candidate experience
Requirements:
• 2 years of experience in talent acquisition or HR
• Understanding of North American campus processes
• Proven ability to build strong relationships
• Experience with event organization
• Aptitude for technology and data analysis
