As the VP of Global Human Resources, you'll partner closely with the Chief Administrative Officer to ensure that HR practices support business objectives globally. Managing HR compliance across various jurisdictions, you'll lead the way in optimizing talent management and enhancing workforce planning. Your experience in mergers and acquisitions will play a crucial role in shaping the company’s growth trajectory.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in HR or a pertinent field

• At least 15 years of HR leadership at an executive level

• Proven experience in HR integration during mergers

• Strong knowledge of GDPR and international compliance

• Demonstrated HRIS management skills, ideally with BambooHR
