Join Green Infrastructure Partners as a Senior Manager, Compensation Programs. Focus on designing pay structures, conducting market analyses, and ensuring compliance with compensation best practices.
Reporting to the Vice President of Human Resources, your role includes overseeing the implementation and management of effective compensation strategies for the organization. You will leverage over 7 years of compensation experience to ensure competitive pay systems aligned with our business objectives and organizational values.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead the development and maintenance of salary structures
• Analyze compensation data and market trends for insights
• Conduct annual compensation cycle processes for merit and bonuses
• Support pay equity and compliance with legislation
• Collaborate with HR and business leaders for cohesive application
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in relevant field such as Business or HR
• 7+ years of progressive compensation experience
• Strong analytical and reporting skills, especially in Excel
• Knowledge of job evaluation methodologies preferred
• Ability to present insights to senior leadership
