Position: Senior Compensation Analyst Role at GIP
Become a pivotal player in shaping compensation strategies as a Senior Compensation Analyst with Green Infrastructure Partners Inc. in this key strategic role.

Reporting to the VP of Human Resources, you will lead the development of compensation programs that drive organizational goals, ensuring equitable pay practices align with market benchmarks. This position is designed for candidates invested in data-driven compensation strategies that influence employee performance and retention.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and administer competitive base pay and incentive programs

• Lead the annual compensation cycles including bonuses

• Ensure alignment with budget planning and compliance

• Analyze workforce metrics for actionable compensation insights

• Maintain governance frameworks and data integrity practices

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field

• 5-7 years of experience in compensation

• Proficiency in advanced Excel and data modeling

• Experience with market survey tools

• Ability to present insights to senior leadership
