POSITION

This role will involve considerable customer interaction, especially when working with end-users in helping understand their needs and challenges. We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Manager of Software Development to lead our .Net engineering team. This role requires deep technical expertise in the Microsoft technology stack (SQL, , C#, Blazor) for web services and applications.

You will be responsible for leading technology direction and team culture. The mandate will be to take the existing solution () and use a pragmatic approach to modernize the platform. It will require managing cross-functional teams of developers, collaborating with product and UX teams, overseeing architecture and code quality, and delivering high-performing, secure, and scalable solutions.
