The Technology Planning and Cooperation Department promotes strategic innovation across Huawei Canada. It focuses on researching emerging technologies and strategic planning to support Huawei's long-term vision. This department offers a unique opportunity to leverage both technical and business skills.

• Conduct insight activities on new computing hardware technologies, especially chip technology, memory subsystems, advanced packaging, and interconnect technologies.
• Analyze the potential value, breakthroughs, and challenges of new computing hardware technologies.
• Create detailed technology and industry analysis reports to inform strategic decisions.
• Track the latest technological advancements through conferences, publications, and exhibitions.
• Organize seminars and workshops, maintaining regular technical exchanges with academic and industry partners.

• Educational background in Electrical and Computer Engineering or related fields;
  Ph.D. preferred.
• Strong insight and analytical skills in computing hardware.
• Experience in academia and industry is advantageous.
• Excellent teamwork and self-learning capabilities.
• Connections with research institutes, universities, or companies in North America are a plus.
