User Experience Designer

Our client is seeking a UI/UX Designer to shape digital experiences across web applications, mobile platforms, and internal operational tools. You'll collaborate with product and engineering teams to transform complex operational workflows into intuitive interfaces while building consistent, scalable UI patterns for an expanding digital ecosystem.

Product & UX Design

• Web-based applications
• Mobile applications (highly valued)
• Internal operational platforms
• Transform complex operational workflows (including field operations, service delivery, customer interactions, and internal processes) into clear, accessible interfaces
• Develop and refine user flows, wireframes, interaction models, and polished UI designs
• Maintain implementation feasibility through close partnership with development teams

Design System Development

• Build and enhance the organization's evolving design framework
• Establish and document reusable components, interaction patterns, and UI standards
• Champion consistency across product lines while enabling rapid iteration
• Collaborate with engineering to ensure seamless implementation and scalability

AI-Assisted Design & Prototyping

• Leverage AI-powered tools to expedite exploration and design iteration
• Build prototypes (Figma-based and/or functional prototypes) for rapid concept validation
• Identify opportunities where AI-assisted workflows enhance design quality and velocity
• Partner with Engineering teams to deliver exceptional UI quality
• Engage with product owners and operational stakeholders to surface user requirements
• Embrace iterative delivery—finding the right balance between refinement, speed, and practicality

• 3+ years of professional experience in UI/UX, product design, or interaction design
• Portfolio demonstrating strong UX reasoning and UI craftsmanship (web experience required; mobile experience advantageous)
• Proven track record designing within real-world limitations (technical constraints, tight timelines, evolving requirements)
• Strong foundation in usability principles, accessibility standards, and contemporary UI patterns
• Excellent communication abilities—can articulate design rationale and collaborate cross-functionally

• Experience building or contributing to design systems
• Background designing mobile applications (iOS/Android/cross-platform)
• Familiarity with AI tools for ideation, prototyping, or workflow acceleration
• Experience with operational, service-oriented, or enterprise tool design
