Manager, Data Analysis and Reporting

We’re looking for a highly analytical and detail-oriented professional to join our team as Manager, Data Analysis and Reporting
. In this role, you’ll be responsible for delivering high-quality insights and analytics that support performance improvement across our Commercial Insurance business. You’ll work with complex datasets, collaborate across functions, and help translate data into meaningful business intelligence.

• Analyze and interpret data to uncover trends, patterns, and actionable insights.

• Develop and deliver reports that support strategic and operational decision-making.

• Manage, cleanse, and optimize large datasets to ensure accuracy and performance.

• Apply techniques in data visualization, statistical analysis, and financial modeling.

• Collaborates with internal and external partners to define and drive business intelligence and analytics, leading to insights which will drive performance improvement.

• Foster an environment of continuous engagement with actuarial, pricing, analytics, underwriting, operations, marketing, communications, claims, IT, finance, and others.

• Understand business strategies and translate them into clear analytical requirements.

• Provide guidance and support team members by helping troubleshoot data-related challenges and sharing best practices.

• A university degree in Mathematics, Actuarial Science, Computer Science, or a related field—or equivalent experience.

• 5+ years of experience in Business Intelligence, Analytics, or Reporting.

• Strong technical proficiency and analytical thinking.

• Experience with Python, MS Access, SAS, and VBA is an asset.

• Familiarity with Commercial Insurance is an asset.

• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present insights to a variety of audiences.

• A collaborative mindset and the ability to work effectively across teams.
