Job Summary

We are seeking a forward-thinking Business Analyst to lead and support automation initiatives, the introduction of AI-enabled tools, and the streamlining of business processes in the global finance team. This role bridges business needs and technology solutions, driving efficiency, scalability, and data-driven decision-making across the global finance team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Analyze existing business processes to identify automation and optimization opportunities
  • Lead requirements gathering for automation, AI, and digital transformation initiatives
  • Evaluate, recommend, and support the implementation of AI tools and automation solutions
  • Translate business requirements into functional specifications and process designs
  • Partner with IT and finance teams to implement required ERP customizations
  • Develop business cases, cost–benefit analyses, and ROI assessments for automation initiatives
  • Support change management, user adoption, and training related to new tools and processes
  • Monitor performance of implemented solutions and identify continuous improvement opportunities
  • Ensure data quality, governance, and controls within automated processes
  • Document workflows, process maps, and standard operating procedures
Qualifications & Skills
  • Bachelor's degree in business, Information Systems or related field
  • 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, Process Analyst, or Automation Analyst
  • Strong experience with process mapping, workflow design, and process improvement methodologies
  • Exposure to automation platforms, AI tools, or low-code/no-code solutions (e.g., RPA, ML-based tools)
  • Ability to translate complex business needs into practical technology solutions
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency in Excel, BI tools, and requirements documentation

Compensation

The base salary range for this position is $80,000 - $115,000 annually. In determining the rate of pay, Amphenol considers a variety of nondiscriminatory factors, including but not limited to geographic location, relevant industry experience, qualifications, skills, and education. Base salary is one facet of Amphenol's total rewards package which includes participation in our comprehensive benefits program with medical, dental, and vision benefits, vacation, sick leave, paid holidays, life insurance, short/long term disability, and membership in our Defined Contribution Pension Plan.
