We’re looking for a hands‑on IT Support & ERP Specialist who thrives in a fast‑paced environment and enjoys solving complex problems. In this role, you’ll play a key part in supporting and improving our ERP systems while providing high-quality IT support across the organization. The key responsibilities and how you will make an impact:

Support and lead ERP-related initiatives and projects

Collaborate on troubleshooting and resolving ERP-related issues, identifying root causes and implementing effective solutions.

Provide timely IT Helpdesk and end-user support in a fast‑paced environment, ensuring tickets are resolved efficiently.

Support and troubleshoot Microsoft 365 services (Exchange, SharePoint, One Drive, Teams, Intune) and Windows‑based environments.

Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, network, and security issues, ensuring minimal disruption to operations.

Escalate complex issues with detailed reports for further investigation and resolution.

Identifying the root cause of problems and proposing solutions to prevent recurrence.

You are our ideal candidate if you have:

Experience with ERP systems is a must;  experience working with ERPs such as Acumatica, Net Suite, Epicor, SAP, or Microsoft Dynamics 365 is highly valued.

IT related education or experience (e.g. IT certification or diploma in an IT related field)

Strong knowledge of Microsoft technologies, including Windows OS, Microsoft 365 (Exchange, SharePoint, One Drive, Teams), and Intune.

Hands‑on experience with system and platform integrations, along with strong database management skills, is required.

Background in logistics and e-commerce is a plus.

Strong cybersecurity knowledge.

Familiarity with VoIP solutions (Ring Central or equivalent).

Understanding of networking concepts and remote access tools (VPN, Remote Desktop).

Strong problem‑solving skills with an emphasis on quick resolution and preventive strategies.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team to maintain smooth IT operations.
