As an Application Support Engineer, you will provide comprehensive end-to-end support for essential business applications. Essential responsibilities include analyzing and resolving client-reported issues, managing API integrations, and maintaining robust documentation.
Your role emphasizes collaboration with clients and vendors to ensure seamless application operations and user satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
• Serve as primary contact for application issues across channels
• Troubleshoot and resolve access and performance issues
• Query SQL databases to analyze and resolve discrepancies
• Test and debug API integrations for data exchange
• Maintain a detailed knowledge base for common problems
Requirements:
• Strong SQL knowledge for troubleshooting and queries
• Experience with REST/SOAP APIs using Postman
• Familiarity with applications like Yardi and MRI Software
• 2+ years in application support or technical troubleshooting
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or IT-related field
