In this role, you will lead all aspects of test engineering at AMD, especially within the ROCm GPU ecosystem. Your primary focus will be on creating a modern quality organization that leverages AI technology for enhanced testing speed, reliability, and coverage. You will work closely with cross-functional engineering teams to ensure that testing aligns closely with real-world customer applications.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the complete validation strategy from driver to ML frameworks

• Architect continuous testing environments and infrastructure

• Drive the adoption of AI in testing workflows

• Collaborate with hardware and software teams for integrated quality

• Enhance quality metrics and KPIs tracking

Requirements:

• Over 12 years of software/test engineering experience

• Minimum 5 years in a leadership role

• Expertise in test automation and validation systems

• Familiarity with hardware/software testing practices

• Strong Python programming skills
