Salary Range $100,000-$120,000 per annum

OverviewWe are seeking an IT Business Manager to act as a key connector between the CIO office, PMO, and business units. This role ensures strong financial discipline, portfolio transparency, and consistent delivery across IT.
You will drive adoption of portfolio management tools
, strengthen governance, and enable teams to deliver clear, executive-level insights.
- Build strong partnerships across Finance, HR, Engineering, and Operations
- Maintain IT workforce data (headcount, structure, rates) to support financial and capacity planning
- Govern approval workflows for SOWs, contracts, and purchase orders
- Produce executive-level monthly portfolio reporting for senior leadership
- Partner with Finance on IT spend, forecasts, and budget transparency
- Establish structured documentation and knowledge management practices (e.g., SharePoint)
- Coordinate IT leadership meetings, communication forums, and internal showcases
- Drive adoption of portfolio management tools (e.g., Hive) as a single source of truth
- Coach delivery teams, project managers, and business stakeholders on best practices
- Develop and maintain portfolio roadmaps aligned with priorities and capacity
- Analyze financial and delivery data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities
- Ensure proper tracking of Cap Ex and Op Ex
- Standardize project delivery processes and improve onboarding materials
- Support agile practices, including guidance on user story development
- Enforce consistent project governance, tools, and reporting standards
- Conduct audits and reviews to ensure accountability and transparency
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, or related field (MBA preferred)
- 5–7 years in portfolio management, PMO, or IT delivery leadership
- Strong financial acumen (budgeting, forecasting, Cap Ex/OpEx)
- Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills
- Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and drive process improvements
- Experience with Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid delivery models
