Job DescriptionQuadient is seeking a high‑impact Director of Digital Sales Development to lead our SDR organization, overseeing managers and frontline teams driving pipeline across inbound and outbound channels. In this first‑ and second‑line leadership role, you’ll own pipeline performance for our CCM and Financial Automation portfolios, optimizing inbound conversion in partnership with Marketing while building a scalable, predictable outbound engine.
- Own pipeline generation across inbound and outbound motions
- Partner with Marketing to improve inbound conversion, speed‑to‑lead, and MQL‑to‑pipeline performance
- Build, scale, and refine a high‑performing outbound engine that drives incremental pipeline
- Lead and develop SDR managers and teams with clear expectations and execution rigor
- Foster a culture of accountability, coaching, and measurable performance
- Align with Marketing and Sales on ICP, territory strategy, and campaign execution
- Advance modern outbound practices (multi‑channel, signal‑based outreach)
- Leverage AI‑enabled capabilities in partnership with SDR Ops/AI teams
- Optimize cadences, workflows, and tooling for inbound/outbound efficiency
- Implement KPI frameworks for transparency into conversion and pipeline metrics
- Equip SDRs to articulate Quadient’s value across Digital solutions
- Contribute to global SDR best practices and strategy
- 5+ years in B2B Sales Development; 3+ years leading SDR managers and teams
- Proven success driving both inbound conversion and outbound pipeline generation
- Experience building scalable outbound programs across SMB, Mid‑Market, and Enterprise
- Strong cross‑functional communication and influence skills
- Deep outbound expertise in segmentation, messaging, and multi‑channel strategy
- Familiarity with modern sales engagement tools (Salesforce, Salesloft, Linked In Navigator, ORUM, 6sense, etc.)
- Strong coaching, performance management, and talent development skills
- Analytical mindset with strong operational rigor
- Technically savvy and open to AI‑driven SDR enhancements
