Become a Technical Product Manager at Real Matters, leading AI-based product development in Markham, ON. You'll transform customer needs into effective platform innovations.
As part of the Technology department, you will utilize your extensive experience in SaaS products to partner with various teams and stakeholders. You will be responsible for articulating clear requirements, managing technical documentation, and guiding product iteration cycles. This position focuses on enhancing our offerings and delivering high-quality user experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
• Collaborate with business teams for goal identification
• Elicit and prioritize requirements through facilitation
• Create detailed user stories for Engineering implementation
• Refine product backlogs ensuring requirements are prioritized
• Analyze data for product insights and improvement recommendations
Requirements:
• Minimum 3 years in product management, focusing on SaaS
• At least 2 years of technical analysis experience
• Proficient in SaaS platforms, databases, and protocols
• Strong presentation skills using BI tools and Power Point
• Experience with AI technologies and their applications
