We're seeking a dedicated Help Desk Consultant for our Digital Health team, committed to providing excellent customer service and technical support. Key responsibilities include troubleshooting incidents, supporting productivity applications, and ensuring effective communication about system status. Key Responsibilities:
• Manage incidents and requests through ticket systems
• Install and configure hardware and software
• Train end-users on new technologies

• Provide support for A/V conference setups
Requirements:
• Post-secondary degree in IT or related field
• At least 2 years of help desk experience
• Experience with mobile device support preferred
