This position requires 3-5+ years of IT Helpdesk experience. You’ll manage user systems, oversee the help desk, and provide hands-on technical support. Key Responsibilities:
• Maintain and develop workstation setups and builds
• Administer end user accounts, including access rights
• Oversee the help desk service, prioritizing tickets
• Manage MS 365 environment and server tasks
• Provide training and onboarding for new systems
Requirements:
• College diploma or degree in a technical field
• 3-5+ years of relevant IT Helpdesk experience
• MS 365 and Azure certifications
• Familiarity with Hyper-V and networking technologies
• Hands-on hardware troubleshooting experience
