IT Support Technician

Position: IT Support Technician at CareRx
Enhance technology in senior care with Care Rx as an IT Support Technician in Markham. Support hardware, software, and field services with your technical skills while maintaining an organized workspace.

Care Rx is looking for a dedicated IT Support Technician to assist our Field Services team in Markham. This on-site role centers on repairing laptops, coordinating troubleshooting, and managing equipment shipping. You will also be responsible for inventory management and ensuring devices are ready for deployment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist technicians with IT hardware and software tasks

• Image and prepare new hardware for shipment

• Provide phone support to facilities and internal teams

• Manage ordering and tracking of IT parts

• Document service requests and maintain inventory records

Requirements:

• Strong troubleshooting skills across IT devices

• Proven ability to repair laptops and computers

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and inventory systems

• Excellent communication and organization skills

• Self-directed with minimal supervision required
