ServiceNow Administrator

Position: ServiceNow Administrator for Stantec
Elevate your skill set as a Service Now Administrator with Stantec in Edmonton, Alberta. Manage and enhance the Service Now platform's operations while driving continuous improvement.

This is a full-time role requiring a proactive professional with at least three years of experience in administering the Service Now platform. You will showcase your scripting abilities, manage integrations, and ensure platform compliance and stability. Your problem-solving and communication skills will be crucial in collaborating with stakeholders and translating requirements into actionable solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Administer and maintain Stantec's Service Now environment

• Implement custom scripts, business rules, and UI policies

• Develop integrations with external systems using APIs

• Automate workflows for ITSM and other Service Now modules

• Ensure platform security and compliance with data standards

Requirements:

• Service Now Certified Application Administrator (CSA)

• 3+ years’ experience in an enterprise IT setting

• Strong scripting skills in JavaScript and HTML

• Familiarity with API frameworks and ITIL principles

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
