Cloud Infrastructure Support Specialist

Join our high-performing Operations Services Team as a Cloud Infrastructure Support Specialist. This critical role emphasizes cloud operations, Linux/Windows administration, and automation in a 24/7 data centre environment.

We are looking for a candidate with 3–5 years of experience in a similar infrastructure role. Your skills in Microsoft Azure and server management will be paramount as you oversee incident resolution and service requests through Service Now ITSM. You will enforce PCI DSS security standards and contribute to the operational efficiency of our facilities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor service technician activities and customer systems

• Administer RHEL and Windows Server environments

• Design automation scripts with Ansible Tower

• Manage Comm Vault backup operations

• Document operational tasks and process improvements

Requirements:

• 3–5 years in systems administration

• Strong knowledge of Azure and Linux

• Experience with Ansible Tower or Big Fix

• Proficient in scripting languages

• Solid understanding of networking fundamentals
