Solution Architect - Customer Experience Focus

• Respond to sales RFx inquiries efficiently

• Assist architects with specifications on larger projects

• Conduct market analysis to inform product development

• Provide ongoing consulting support for successful implementation
Requirements:

• Strong communication and documentation skills

• Ability to manage competing priorities independently

• Expertise in AV/UC connection issues troubleshooting

• Familiarity with Microsoft and Cisco technologies

• Experience in developing actionable project guidelines
