Senior Principal Consultant

Your role and responsibilities

The Project Manager will be responsible for managing Oracle Cloud projects to deliver quality, client satisfaction and financial control in accordance with Frontera’s project methodology, processes, and policies.

• Managing all phases of project lifecycle within budget and time with expected quality
• Managing project resources and finance
• Reporting project status, issues, risks to both the Client Project Steering and internally
• Managing project governance and facilitate the escalation path for project issues
• Business transformation involving both IT and business process change
• Delivery of project budgets in excess of £1M
• Experience delivering with formal project methods such as Oracle Unified Method, Prince2
• Relationship management and conflict resolution

Bachelor’s Degree

We are looking for a Project Manager with a proven track record of successful project delivery and at least 5 years of project management experience including a minimum of 3 full life-cycle Oracle Cloud implementations.

• Excellent problem solving and hypothesis forming skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills – able to effectively communicate to all levels of a client’s organisation
• Industry knowledge and expertise
• Excellent organizational skills
• Attention to detail
• Team player – Experience with working with client teams, on-shore and off-shore teams
• Security Clearance desirable
• Prince2 Practitioner Certification (or equivalent) desirable

• Must have the ability to work in Canada without sponsorship.
• This role will involve working with technology that is covered by Export Regulations sanctions. If you are a Foreign National from any of the following U.S. sanctioned countries (Cuba, Iran, North Korea, Syria, and the Crimea, Luhansk, Donetsk, Kherson, and Zaporizhia regions of Ukraine) on a work permit, you are not eligible for employment in this position.
