Our client, a well‑established organization in the corporate sector, is seeking a Team Lead, Data & Analytics to shape how data is leveraged across the business. - Lead and mentor a multidisciplinary team including data engineers, analysts, and BI specialists
- Oversee the development of scalable data infrastructure, including pipelines and data warehouses
- Drive advanced analytics initiatives, including predictive modeling and machine learning applications
- Partner with business leaders to identify insights and translate data into actionable strategies
- Establish and enforce data governance practices to ensure data quality, security, and compliance
- 8+ years of progressive experience in data and analytics, including 3+ years in a leadership role
- Strong technical expertise in data warehousing, ETL/ELT tools, and BI platforms such as Power BI or Tableau
- Advanced proficiency in SQL and experience with Python and/or R
- Experience implementing data governance frameworks and best practices
- Proven ability to lead teams and influence stakeholders across the organization
- Strong business acumen with the ability to translate complex data into meaningful insights
