As a vital member of Aviva's Customer team, you will work to ensure that customer-centric insights inform all business decisions. This role involves analyzing various data sources, using advanced text analytics, and collaboratively delivering strategic recommendations to improve experiences. Your expertise will significantly impact how customer insights drive operational enhancements.
Key Responsibilities:
• Synthesize data sets to discover strategic improvements
• Collaborate with divisions to track performance against targets
• Apply text analytics for meaningful customer insights
• Develop models for analyzing customer interactions
• Maintain dashboards to ensure data accuracy and flow
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in marketing research
• 5-7 years of relevant research experience
• Strong skills in quantitative analysis and project management
• Familiarity with Qualtrics and NPS metrics
• Effective communication and organizational skills
