The Opportunity:

Reporting to the Director, Salesforce & Mule Soft Platforms, the Salesforce Administrator contributes to the configuration, support, and ongoing maintenance of the organization’s Salesforce ecosystem. This role focuses on Tier 1 production support, PSP setup, and system configuration aligned with business needs across Patient Support Programs (PSPs) and Clinic Solutions teams.

The Salesforce Administrator works closely with cross-functional teams—including business analysts, developers, Mule Soft teams, QA specialists, and operations teams to deliver reliable solutions across the full patient journey.

A Day in the Life (What you will do here):

Platform Configuration & Support

  • Configure and maintain Salesforce solutions using declarative tools such as Flows, validation rules, page layouts, record types, and custom metadata.
  • Support the implementation of business requirements through scalable and maintainable configurations.
  • Perform PSP setup and configuration activities to support program migrations and new launches.
  • Ensure solutions comply with security and regulatory requirements (including healthcare data privacy where applicable).

Quality, Operations & Support

  • Follow platform best practices including testing, documentation, and change management.
  • Provide Tier 1 production support, including triaging, troubleshooting, and resolving user issues.
  • Escalate complex issues to Tier 2/engineering teams as required.
  • Contribute to platform reliability and system stability.

Enhancements & Continuous Improvement

  • Participate in sprint activities such as backlog grooming, sprint planning, and retrospectives.
  • Assist in identifying opportunities to improve usability, system efficiency, and operational workflows.
  • Support ongoing enhancements and configuration updates to the Salesforce platform.

Integration & Data Management

  • Collaborate with Mule Soft and integration teams to support data flow and ensure system alignment.
  • Maintain data quality, integrity, and consistency across Salesforce and integrated systems.
  • Follow best practices for secure data handling and governance.
  • Work closely with administrators, analysts, and developers to deliver solutions.
  • Participate in knowledge sharing and documentation practices.
  • Communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
