IT Infrastructure Lead & Systems Manager

Transform our technology environment as the IT Infrastructure Lead and Systems Manager at a growing tech company. This hands-on role requires expertise in systems management and user support.
You will be tasked with maintaining the reliability and security of our IT infrastructure while providing support to approximately 30 users. Your background in cloud operations, network management, and Dev Ops will be key to improving internal processes and ensuring operational integrity.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and maintain all IT infrastructure components

• Provide direct support for end-users and helpdesk requests

• Oversee Google Cloud infrastructure and services

• Administer Microsoft 365, user accounts, and security policies

• Manage backups, disaster recovery, and monitoring
Requirements:

• 5+ years of hands-on experience in IT roles

• Strong familiarity with GCP and Microsoft 365

• Independence in managing IT operations

• Ability to troubleshoot network and cloud issues

• Skills in automation and Dev Ops practices
