This position focuses on configuring and enhancing the Service Now platform with an emphasis on low-code solutions. You’ll work directly with IT, HR, and ERP to streamline workflows and improve service delivery. Your ability to transform requirements into automated processes will be essential for success.
Key Responsibilities:
• Design and implement workflows and catalog items in Service Now
• Build and maintain forms and approval processes
• Enhance onboarding and access request workflows
• Create relevant dashboards and reports for visibility
• Collaborate to improve request turnaround times
Requirements:
• 4–7 years of Service Now hands-on experience
• Solid understanding of ITSM processes and service catalogs
• Familiarity with Flow Designer and configuration tasks
• Light scripting knowledge is a plus
• Skills for global stakeholder collaboration
