In this role, you will join a high-performing solutions team focused on delivering digital transformation across diverse industries. As a Service Now Technical Architect, you'll engage with clients and stakeholders, offering both hands-on architectural skills and strategic leadership. Your core responsibilities include architecture design, technical guidance, and ensuring scalable, secure solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
• Design and develop Service Now platform architecture
• Lead implementation of ITSM and ITOM modules
• Own key areas like CMDB, Discovery, and Event Management
• Define integration strategies using REST/SOAP APIs
• Conduct workshops and discovery sessions with stakeholders
Requirements:
• Strong experience as a Service Now Architect
• Proven delivery in ITSM and ITOM
• Deep knowledge of Incident, Problem, and Change
• Experience with REST/SOAP API integrations
• Service Now Certified System Administrator (CSA) required
