Key Responsibilities:
• Maintain Salesforce solutions and configurations effectively
• Provide Tier 1 production support and troubleshooting assistance
• Support program migrations and new launches proactively
• Ensure compliance with data governance best practices
• Collaborate on data integration solutions with Mule Soft
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in a related technical field
• Minimum 2 years of Salesforce administration experience
• Exposure to agile methodologies and healthcare settings
• Understanding of Salesforce security and data models
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
