We are looking for a Junior Business Analyst (Jr. BA) who is excited to learn, work with a team, and gain real-world experience in enterprise-wide transformation.
This is a great opportunity for a high school or early post-secondary student interested in gaining exposure to large-scale technology and Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) transformation initiatives within a healthcare environment.
The student will support initiatives related to finance process improvement, implementation, reporting, documentation, and project coordination while working alongside finance, business, and technology professionals.
This role is ideal for students interested in finance processes, technology, business, project management, data, or innovation.

What You’ll Do

  • Learn About Business & Technology within the Finance workstream
  • Help teams understand problems and find better ways of working
  • Participate in meetings related to finance transformation initiatives
  • Help document ideas, workflows, and project requirements

Work With Data

  • Help review and organize information and data
  • Support creation of simple reports, charts, or dashboards using Excel and other tools
  • Look for trends or patterns that may help improve services

Support Projects

  • Take meeting notes and track tasks or action items
  • Help different teams stay organized and connected
  • Assist with testing new systems and tools before they are launched

Help With Training & Communication

  • Support creation of training guides or presentations
  • Help staff learn about new systems or processes

What We’re Looking For

  • A student interested in business, technology, healthcare, finance, or problem-solving
  • Strong interest in finance, technology, business transformation, or project management
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
  • Organized and willing to learn new things in a fast-paced environment
  • Comfortable using Microsoft Office programs like Word, Excel, and Power Point
  • Curiosity about how technology supports business operations
