Become a Customer Research Specialist at Aviva Canada, where you will analyze data to enhance customer and broker connections. This hybrid position offers an exciting opportunity to influence business strategies through insights.
As part of the Research and Insights team, you will gather and synthesize data, utilizing text analytics to inform customer journey enhancements. The ability to present findings effectively, collaborate across teams, and manage projects will be critical. You’ll act as a bridge between data and operational improvements.
Key Responsibilities:
• Analyze and report on performance metrics
• Manage internal trackers and questionnaire details
• Apply text analytics for customer experience insights
• Develop customer contact analytics models
• Maintain accurate data flows in analytics dashboards
Requirements:
• 5 to 7 years of research experience
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in marketing research
• Strong analytical and project management skills
• Familiarity with Qualtrics and NPS methodology
• Excellent organizational and communication abilities
