IT Support Technician

We are recruiting for a Help Desk Technician to deliver technical assistance and manage support requests effectively. You will troubleshoot environments with Windows 10/11, assist with Microsoft 365 applications, and ensure seamless connectivity. A valid driver’s license and a vehicle are necessary for travel to local offices.
Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver first and second-level technical assistance for users
• Troubleshoot hardware and software connectivity issues
• Support user account management in Active Directory
• Assist with workstation imaging and deployment tasks
• Document issues and resolutions in ticketing systems
Requirements:
• Experience in Help Desk or IT Support settings
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Proficient with Windows 10/11 and Microsoft 365
• Understanding of networking fundamentals like DNS and DHCP
• Capacity to support users both onsite and remotely
