As a key support member, you will interact with users from stores and offices ensuring reliability across POS and business systems.
Your role will involve tracking Requests/Tickets, testing software updates, and advising necessary teams on possible bugs. You will also have an active part in onboarding new staff regarding policies.
Key Responsibilities:
• Troubleshoot calls from end-users effectively
• Keep track of Requests/Tickets via tracking software
• Conduct tests on software and promotional flyers
• Relay important findings to merchandising and programming teams
• Start service calls for any system glitches
Requirements:
• High School Diploma minimum requirement
• 1-2 years in a customer support role
• Proficient in French (spoken/written)
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Familiarity with MS Office, especially Word and Excel
Utilize your bilingual skills and technical expertise to enhance our help desk operations for every user.
