Enhance customer experiences as a Software Trainer iver impactful training sessions both virtually and on-site to promote successful system adoption.
This role focuses on providing thorough training and consultation to Spa Soft customers, helping them optimize their operations through effective software use. You will also create and refine learning materials, ensuring they meet evolving customer needs and product advancements.
Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver live virtual and in-person training to clients
• Lead system consultations and documentation reviews
• Support customers during the go-live process
• Develop and maintain training resources and materials
• Collaborate cross-functionally to improve training quality
Requirements:
• 2+ years of experience in software enablement
• Strong communication skills for effective presentations
• Background in hospitality, spa, or wellness is advantageous
• Self-directed in managing training projects
• Willingness to travel internationally when necessary
