Position: Mid-Level Python Engineer for Rally
Join our team as a mid-level to senior engineer specializing in Python scripting and REST APIs. Leverage your automation expertise to manage data synchronization between Rally and Jira effectively.

This role focuses on automating workflows and ensuring reliable integration between Rally and Jira via Connect All. The ideal candidate will possess strong problem-solving abilities, along with hands-on experience scripting and debugging key integrations. You will be expected to manage multiple tasks efficiently while contributing to system improvement and onboard business squads to Rally.

Key Responsibilities:

• Automate workflows and synchronize data between Rally and Jira

• Develop scripts for data extraction across IT systems

• Troubleshoot issues related to Rally and Jira integration

• Ensure performance and reliability of the Rally product

• Collaborate with teams to onboard business fleets to Rally

Requirements:

• Strong experience with RESTful APIs and JSON formats

• Proven automation skills with Rally, Jira, and Connect All

• Solid problem-solving and debugging capabilities

• Ability to manage multiple tasks independently

• Knowledge of Agile methodologies and Jira
