Key Responsibilities:
• Analyze business requirements to design D365 solutions
• Configure D365 applications to meet needs
• Document solutions and configurations in detail
• Provide support during project phases and go‑live
• Deliver training to end users and stakeholders
Requirements:
• 2–5 years of experience with CRM and D365
• Proven proficiency in data integration and analysis
• Strong communication and documentation skills
• Relevant certifications in Dynamics 365 are advantageous
• Degree in IT, Business, or similar field
