Black & McDonald is seeking an experienced JD Edwards Support Analyst. In this role, you'll analyze business requirements and implement improvements while collaborating with developers and stakeholders. Your ability to multitask is essential to ensure customer satisfaction and system performance.
Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct process analysis to create effective business solutions
• Regularly assess and update reported issues
• Create and manage comprehensive functional documentation
• Collaborate with leaders to enhance system efficiency
• Develop testing plans and lead user acceptance testing
Requirements:
• Minimum of 8 years of JD Edwards support experience
• Deep understanding of JD Edwards Technical Foundation
• Relevant post-secondary education preferred
• Proficiency in English for documentation
• Strong interpersonal and organizational skills
